Project Manager (Architecture Work)
(Bangkok)

Requirements:

• Male, age over 35 years (Thai nationality)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Over 15 years working experience in hotel, hospital, and high rise building with a construction control background
• Strong experience of construction detailing and be able to work independently
• Ability to coordinate with a team of owners, contractors and designers
• Active individual with the creative mindset and positive attitudes
• Ability to manage and deliver projects on time, to budget and specification
• Licensed Architect (Fully licensed architect / Second level architect)
• Able to work 6 days / week (MON - SAT 8:30 - 17:30 hrs.)
