Manager or Assistant Manager, Operations (Location: Lad Krabang or Samut Prakan)

Responsibilities:
- To manage day to day operations in the warehouse; provide leadership to a team of operations and administrative staff in the area of inbound, outbound and inventory management.
- To provide ad-hoc and routine reports to management in the area of Operations Activities, Revenues, KPIs and Expenditures.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy for all vendor invoicing, customer billing, company/customer assets and warehouse inventories.
- To control, develop and maintain all internal/external documentation for procedures and work instructions.
- P & L and Customer Relationship Management.
- To continuously drive for operational improvement and efficiency constantly looking for cost reduction/efficiency in all areas of operation.
- Responsible for the optimum use of storage space and store layout in the warehouse and stock inventory records to be kept accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. Attends to customers’ enquiries and adopt a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent in any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Logistics Operations, preferably with Chemical & FMCG industry exposure.
- Possess good communication skills and customer interface.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management system and operations procedures.
- Excellent management of controlling operating expenses and cost conscious attitude.
- Passionate working attitude and willing to work in a fast faced and tight timeline environment.
- Good analytical skills and meticulous.
- Good working knowledge of the following operations areas-distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, network analysis, materials management.
- Proven transportation /logistics /supply chain management knowledge.
- Experienced resource in solutions and implementations and strong problem solving skills.
- Good command of read, written and spoken English.
- Able to work at Ladkrabang / Prakkasa Road, Samutprakarn.
