Customer Service Officer – Financial Institutions
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

Department / Division    :  Financial Institutions

Function                          :  Global Markets 

Job scope:

  • Co-ordinate and support with Relationship Manager.
  • Prepare credit documents and ensure in compliance with approved terms & conditions. Respond to queries from all area of the bank regarding client’s transaction & operation.
  • Manage data base and prepare report for monitoring & controlling purpose.
  • Research for information supporting business expansion. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related fields.
  • Experience 2 years in Corporate / Commercial Lending, Credit Admininistration or others related.
  • Excellent communication skills and service mind oriented.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
