Responsibilities:

Job scope:
- Function as a center for consolidation, prioritization and management of Retail demands for Technology & Operation (T&O).
- Review key milestones of T&O initiatives based on agreed priority, scope, budget and timeline and proactively identify/address/escalate roadblocks for early resolution.
- Proactive management and resolution of T&O issues that impact business drivers
- Manage Retail budget for Retail T&O initiatives.
- Understand the technology and operations needs of Retail Business and in collaboration with T&O, provide end-to-end solutions that ensure segment-product-channel needs are optimally met with tradeoffs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineer, or related fields
- Must have experience in business requirement gathering and analysis including business justification.
- Having experience in project management is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in retail banking industry is an advantage
- Can work well under pressure, Fast-learning and dynamic
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Thai and English
