Demand Management, Manager - AVP

Responsibilities:

Department / Division    :  Demand Management

Sector                              :  Retail Middle Office 

Job scope:

  • Function as a center for consolidation, prioritization and management of Retail demands for Technology & Operation (T&O).
  • Review key milestones of T&O initiatives based on agreed priority, scope, budget and timeline and proactively identify/address/escalate roadblocks for early resolution.
  • Proactive management and resolution of T&O issues that impact business drivers
  • Manage Retail budget for Retail T&O initiatives.
  • Understand the technology and operations needs of Retail Business and in collaboration with T&O, provide end-to-end solutions that ensure segment-product-channel needs are optimally met with tradeoffs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineer, or related fields
  • Must have experience in business requirement gathering and analysis including business justification.
  • Having experience in project management is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in retail banking industry is an advantage
  • Can work well under pressure, Fast-learning and dynamic
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Thai and English
