Position Overview:
Main responsibilities are to manage and operate company's market intelligence information systems and ensuring that all competitive variables are monitored/ reported, in order to have timely and accurate information which will assist the Sales & Account Management & Client Trainer and Marketing team in driving revenue and identifying new sales opportunities. This role reports to Business Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather, develop, operate and maintain market intelligence information system to ensure that timely and accurate data is available for decision making process
- Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external bodies that support the gathering of key market data for accurate feedback to the marketing intelligence systems
- Produce periodic market intelligence reports to all the frontline staff and senior managers in order that they are kept abreast of key market development and competitors' movement
- Carry out competitor analysis
- Take ownership of products & data content related issues from the frontline staff, follow up and get them sorted with the respective teams
- Extract sales & customers data through databases and compile in specific categories for quarterly reporting
- Assist in designing, developing, testing and maintaining pre-defined pages to address the customers' needs
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance or mathematics.]
- Five plus years working experience in financial information service required
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative marketing and sales data analysis
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent personal computer, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet skills
