Project Manager (RTA)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

This position will fulfil the role of Project Manager inReal Time Analytic Project (RTA), Bangkok. The qualify candidate will be responsible to drive the team to deliver RTA Product.
  • Defines documents and executes large-scale development of strategic projects, to deliver project according to the agreed scope, schedule and budget.
  •  
  • Actively participates in all phases of the project from "inception" to "goal achieved".
  •  
  • Effectively identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
  •  
  • Ensure the project deliverables are according to the expected quality standard.
  •  
  • Ensure corrective actions are taken if costs, timescales or resources deviate from agreed baseline.
  •  
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members and senior managers to ensure the common understanding of project scope, milestones, risks and issues.
  •  
  • Effectively manage project scope and apply proper change management if necessary.
  •  
  • Plan and prioritizes workload and demands to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  •  
  • Responsible for multiple projects and work streams within the collaboration services business division.

Qualification:

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or any related fields
  •  
  • At least 5 years project management experience.
  •  
  • Previous large scale project management experiences of leading and developing teams
  •  
  • Effectively manages and work with a variety of team, structures and reporting lines
  •  
  • Experience of working in a high pressured development projects.
  •  
  • Ability to handle various types of projects with various size and complexity
  •  
  • Excellent English communications skills both written and spoken is a must
  •  
  • Superior work ethics and flexibility will be required for this job.
  •  
  • Ability to work with multiple teams, based in different time zones across the organisation
