Development Group Leader (RTA)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

This position will fulfill the role of Development Group Leader in Real-time Analytic(RTA) Project, Bangkok. The candidate is expected to lead the team of software developers, involve in requirements gathering and analysis, design, planning and deliver the product within the agreed timeframe and quality.

Lead teams of software engineers focused on the implementing and support of existing Real-Time Analytic products 

 
  • Establish, track and maintain the development project plan and schedule
  •  
  • Work closely with Product Managers to provide fit-for-purpose applications
  •  
  • Ensure real-time server reliability through sound software design, and close interaction with QA and Operations teams (in London & Geneva)
  •  
  • Assess and manage business changes that impact the design of the applications
  •  
  • Proactively identify risks to the project and define mitigation plans

Qualification:

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
  •  
  • At least 5 years programming experience on Microsoft technology (C++ or C#)
  •  
  • At least 2 years experience in Project and Staff Management
  •  
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  •  
  • Strong knowledge and background of Software Development Life Cycle
  •  
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  •  
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints
  •  
  • Some Support & QA process background
  •  
  • Good background in financial market is a plus
