The role will provide support to the Facilities Manager in managing and maintaining the company's office facilities. The major focus is to cover all Mechanical and Electrical and environmental engineering aspects of the office outfitting.

Manage the Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental engineering aspects of the office outfitting.
Monitor the performance of service providers and supervise to maintain the level of service provided by suppliers.
Supervise the maintenance of Bangkok facilities to comply with the building, Environmental, occupational health and safety policies standards.
Liaison with the building manager, outfitting consultants and engineering service providers.
In charge of office expansion/renovation project as assigned by Facilities Manager.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
A minimum of 3 years experience in facilities and building management
Knowledge and skills in contract management, environmental, occupational health and safety would be an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good English language skills
Ability to use AutoCAD
