Account Manager (Ref:TH)
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
Acts as Supplier’s primary point of contact for internal business units
Assists with day-to-day management and optimization of Account
Works with internal business units on short-term and long-term partnership strategy
Manages business-to-business contracts and performance expectations
Manages invoice process
Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business and latest industry news and trends
Monitors budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Holder
Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service, helpdesk environment or related field
Experience in managers capacity in Call center and helpdesk environment is a must
Proven track record
ITIL advantageous
High level of understanding of Call Center dynamics and best practices
Day-to-day client management experience
Strong project management and quantitative skills
Extremely organized and highly motivated
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Experience giving presentations to clients
Demonstrated ability to drive results through collaboration with other teams and functions
