Customer Dispatch Agent (Ref:TH)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

Handle diagnosed cases from technical team and source the parts for onsite repair

Work with logistics department to deliver the required parts onsite on time, based on customer SLA

Maintain the onsite engineers’ schedules and roster

Manage the Dispatch Queue and ensure the calls are accepted and dispatched on a timely manner.

Monitor the progress of Call to repair (CTR) cases and trigger escalation whenever required.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma holder

Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Helpdesk environment

Ability to deal with conflicting schedules

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and planning skills
