Customer Dispatch Agent (Ref:TH)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:



  • Handle diagnosed cases from technical team and source the parts for onsite repair

  • Work with logistics department to deliver the required parts onsite on time, based on customer SLA

  • Maintain the onsite engineers’ schedules and roster

  • Manage the Dispatch Queue and ensure the calls are accepted and dispatched on a timely manner.

  • Monitor the progress of Call to repair (CTR) cases and trigger escalation whenever required.


 



 


 

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma holder

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Helpdesk environment

  • Ability to deal with conflicting schedules

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
