Trainer (Ref:TH)

Responsibilities:
Ensure every agent is adequately prepared to respond to Customer requirements and meet SLAs
Liaise with internal Trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on training material, training dates, and curriculum changes
Identify training opportunities
Tailor and design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises
Deliver training curriculum to agents, either in a group classroom setting, online through an e-learning or Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), or on a one-to-one basis
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training, ensuring agents have a sufficient level of knowledge to effectively respond to Customer requirements
Stay up to date with company’s products, terminology and technical jargons
Completes all necessary enrollment, completion, and other training forms as required by the Supplier
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Helpdesk environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning, training and presentation skills
Possesses self-motivation and the ability to motivate others
