Customer Service Coach / Mentor (Ref:TH)
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
Works directly with agents to ensure quality of processes, technical diagnoses, and customer interaction leads to completely satisfied Customers
Works with other Coaches / Mentors to identify training opportunities
Ensures Customer Satisfaction mindset instilled in every agents
Ensures best practices adopted and implemented to the agent level
Participates in initiatives to reduce customer dissatisfaction, which may include accent neutralization, cultural awareness trainings, and other opportunities as they become available
Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
Attends agent training and technical debriefs to maintain technical knowledge
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or helpdesk environment
Experience in a call center environment, preferably in a technical environment
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
Exceptional customer service skills and proven ability to perform in an unpredictable, fast-paced environment
