Customer Access Agent (Ref:TH)
(Bangkok)
Responsibilities:
Log customer calls in internal workflow management system and route the cases to appropriate technical team for resolution
Input accurate Customer information and problem data in all required systems, (Call logging, Activity Codes, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT or related field (Non-Technical position)
1 Year of experience in Customer Service or helpdesk environment.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of Customers and apply independent judgment in a wide variety of situations
Demonstrates ability to manage and maintain control of the Customer contact and ensure the Customer is completely satisfied with the call logging experience
Demonstrates ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive manner
Skilled in the use of personal computers, related software (including standard MS Office applications) , current applicable operating systems, and basic office equipment
