Responsibilities:

Senior QS – Interior Fit-Out

Our Client is one of the leading Interior Fit-Out companies in UAE, who is currently working on some very large, high-profile projects in the UAE and Qatar. They require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up large projects. The successful encumbent will report directly to the Commercial Manager and be responsible for managing a team of more junior QSs. You will manage all commercial matters relation to the projects.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Arabic
At least 10 year(s) Commercial Experience.
Interior Fit-Out
FF&E Experience essential
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Located in UAE.
Have NOC

You will ideally be currently working with a large contractor in the UAE and high profile interior projects. FF&E project experience is essential and preference will be given to those that show experience in leading projects.
