Job Description:

General requirement for this position is to Design, Develop and Manage the E-learning website for company’s broadband satellite products and services in order to support training for company’s partners, customers and staff who are located around countries in Asia Pacific.  The job description includes the followings:

• Regularly Gather the e-learning request/requirement from users, trainers, training program managers, department manager, service account managers for further development of the website. Create plans and timeline for the implementation, coding and customization.
• Develop or control the content and the look-and-feel of the website.
• Coordinate with trainers in updating the training content on the website before or after the training class.
• Collaborate with trainers in conducting an online examination when it is the requirement of the training course.
• Support the trainers for the outsourced production of the multimedia learning content when required.
• Design and manage user database for accuracy and completeness of training records.
• Initiate activities or campaigns to promote the use of the e-learning website.
• Analyze the statistics of users and content access and report to department manager and training team.
• Update System Manual Document and Provide training related to the E-learning systems.
• Coordinate with MIS group to Maintain the website and Solve the technical problem that may occurred to website.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the department manager
