Recruitment Consultant
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Able to work independently, under pressure and achieve sales quota.
• Good network and must be able to look for new clients.
• Full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing for new businesses, qualifying, interviewing, extending offers and negotiating compensation packages to shortlisted candidates.
• Drive sourcing activities and generate a large pool of potential applicants for various levels of positions according to client’s requirements.
• Organize recruitment activities at local colleges or training institutions through career-fairs and road shows.
• Conduct focused behavioral interview and apply appropriate selection tools to find the right job-person match.
• Any other duties assigned to her from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in an IT industry environment.
• Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the Recruitment Agency, Executive Search firm and IT recruitment firm.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self starter, enthusiastic personality
• Positive and pleasant attitude with the ability to work independently
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and a team player.
• Global/International cultural exposure.
• Required language(s): Thai, English.
• This is a sales position.
