DELTA BRAKING is a company manufacuring sintered Brake pads and Brake Discs for motorbikes, scooters, quads, mountain bikes etc. with a worldwide market.

From September 2009, we are launching our new Production facility in Thailand. So, this is a recruitment compaign for our new factory in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Production/Factory Manager.
• Some experience as a Factory supervisor.
• Makes sure sufficient stock of raw materials and finished goods.
• Plan production schedule.
• Ensure all products produced meet all quality control standards.
• Maintain safety and general cleanliness of the facilities.
• Suggests improvement in production methods and quality of product.
• Motivating and assisting workers in solving work problems.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): PC skills.
• Required language(s): Thai.
• Preferred language(s): English.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Production Technician/Operator.
• 2 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Thai citizens or hold relevant residence status.
