DELTA BRAKING ASIA LTD.

DELTA BRAKING is a company manufacuring sintered Brake pads and Brake Discs for motorbikes, scooters, quads, mountain bikes etc. with a worldwide market.

From September 2009, we are launching our new Production facility in Thailand. So, this is a recruitment compaign for our new factory in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage production: control raw material stock, supplies, manage operators. Technical problems solving along with the technical department, therefore, good communication skill are required. Supervise and coordinate servicing when required. Give work instructions and manage the personnel.





• Production management. Control production orders.
• Supply Management- Ordering materials and supplies working together with administrative staff.
• Giving work instructions and teams (operators) management.
• Primary source of contact between the Thai speaking staff and technical/management personnel.
• Coordinating and supervising machine service.
• Technical problems solving along with the technical department.
• Report any technical or production problem in english.
• Dealing with local raw material suppliers. Placing orders (work along with the administrative staff)
• Propose production improvements.
• Coordinate and supervise quality control along with the technical department.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Fluency in English, Supervisory Skills.
• Preferred skill(s): Autocad.
• Required language(s): Thai, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a similar role is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Management or Process Engineer.
• Full-Time positions available.
