Network Engineer
(Bangkok) Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience in Network Engineer in IT Business. (For Junior Level)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Line Support for IT End User, Supporting Cisco Advanced Technologies, Manage the troubleticket service desk Operation
- This role will be responsible for the support of wide area networks based on Cisco Routers and Switches
- Knowledge or Experience to Implement ITIL Process
- The ideal candidate for this role will have experience configuring and/or troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches in a LAN and WAN environment
- A basic knowledge of Cisco switching technologies including QOS, Queuing, Power Over Ethernet, VLAN architecture
- Proven experience in customer support / technical support
- This role will be based from the office/customer site and will involve you managing the various stages of the life cycle to make sure that the various goals and milestones are achieved in line with the SLA’s in place
