- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Computer or IT related fields.
- 0-2 years work experience in enterprise IT
- Having experience in IT related troublshooting will be an advantage
- Knowledge on Unix, Network, IT Security and IT Application will be advantage
- Good communication skills, Fast learner, flexible, good human relationship, team player
- Analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills, service minded, high responsibility
- Good command of English in speaking and listening skill
