Project Manager - Software Development
(Bangkok)

 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Provide MFEC Project Management and Subject Matter Expert services to assist the clients in planning and analysis activities and Vendor Management.
  • Evaluate project team members’ performance, acquire staffing for projects, and establish internal/external training plans for project
  • Coach & develop project team members
  • Plan and utilize effective communication channels to manage multiple relationships among relevant stakeholders including customer, team members, vendors, partners, and subcontractors in order to obtain commitment, manage expectation, monitor project status, progress, issues, and risk, report and escalate if exceeding agreed limit to MFEC management 
  • Initiate and develop a work culture that promotes the retention of high quality team members. 
  • Liaise with customer and MFEC support team for smooth transition from project acceptance to warrantee/maintenance period as well as ensuring well project documentation in place and conducting maintenance process introductory session for customer and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT Management, MIS, or related fields
  • Experiences in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications on Mobility solution, Banking application, Mobile payment, Mobile gateway or related.
  • The ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with peers on technical solutions.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken language.
  • Must be able to clearly articulate complex technical issues to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate technical and non-technical discussions and be able to make presentations to middle management.
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
