This position will be a People Soft functional contact and catalyst for improvement, introduction of improved functions and methods. Responsible for business requirements, project planning, and collaboration with end users and technical resources to resolve complex system and business issues. PEOPLESOFT – GLOBAL PAYROLL SPECIALISTS
(Bangkok - Singapore)

Responsibilities:

• • Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands on work experience in supporting international clients with PEOPLESOFT HRMS Technical expertise
• • JAPANESE speaking ability is an advantage
• • Key experience should revolve around HR & Global Payroll modules
• • Provide functional expertise for People Soft HCM/HRMS Modules as appropriate for development and application support.
• • Key skill attributes would include – PEOPLESOFT / Global Payroll / SQR / PeopleCode
• • Modules include core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
• • Produce detailed functional designs specifications to meet user requirements and I.T. development requirements.
• • Develop and document functional requirements, process flows, test scripts and test plans.
• • Execute testing and validation of changes to the system.
• • Manage configuration (rules and table updates) workload.
• • Identify areas of process improvement and coordinate implementation of changes.
