Project Sales Manager - Interior Solutions
(Bangkok) Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales and profit budget in Project segment and taking accountability via Main Contractor, Installer
- Educate Interior wall & ceiling solution to Main Contractor, Installer
- Proposition by customer type is communicated to and understood / applied by the sales teams
- Following up and penetrate wall & ceiling solution into the construction project
- Coordination with Distribution Sales team and Installer Sales team to be selling channel
- To manage Sales team and develop sales plan, strategy, and selling approach in commercial and technical term
- Enhance customer relationship with Main contractor, Installer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration/ Civil Engineer or related field
- Experience over 5 years in construction field
- Have experience in handling main contractors and project sales are preferable
- Good analytical skill and able to work under pressure
- Good command in English
- Have own vehicle
