Client Relationship Specialist (Bangkok) Responsibilities: Our client is one of Asia’s leading, independent brokerage and investment companies. The purpose of the Client Relationship Specialist is to be responsible for providing excellent client support and also to provide administrative assistance to the Country Head-Thailand.
Event Management
- Planning events for Bangkok Office
- Coordinating schedules for employees and clients during these events
Client Relationship Management
- Arranging travel & schedules for clients when they are in Bangkok
- Maintaining a database for the clients to include their personal information (addresses, birthdays, etc)
- Strong client knowledge to be able to effectively communicate with them, including on email, on the phone, and in person.
- Strong business knowledge in the financial markets field
- Client database interrogation to identify gaps, targets, and opportunities
- Client visit and roadshow coordination
- Dealing with client correspondence (letters, emails, etc)
- The ability to find information on various financial sectors upon request
- Mine data from Company database, Bloomberg, etc
- Understand opportunities and trends involving clients, products, etc
- Scheduling meetings & appointments
- Arranging business travel
- Meeting preparation, minute taking, and record keeping
- Handling post, incoming phone calls, and message taking
- Maintain Thailand organisational chart
- General administrative support to Country Head
Requirements:
- Strong English and Thai communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher education
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong interest and knowledge in financial markets
- Adaptable and flexible working style
- Project administration skills, particularly in the areas of organisation and coordination
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professional mannerism
- Team player
