Our client is a manufacture and distributor of food and beverages, household products and personal care. With a long history of successful operations in Thailand, they are seeking several Brand Managers to join their expanding team in Bangkok.
The Role Summary-
The overall role of brand management is to create consumer demand. The candidate will be responsible for formulating the brand’s long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans. He/she will define the brand’s pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly. This person will execute marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership of the business unit team. The Brand Manager is accountable for delivering the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives. This position assists the business unit team on assigned brands or will manage smaller brands in all aspects of the P&L.
The Key Tasks-
- Produce and execute the annual marketing plan
- Report on product performance, customer and trade expectations and new opportunities
- Plan and develop above and below the line activities: e.g. advertising, sales, promotion, public relation
Requirements:
- Thai Nationality aged 27-35 years old.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Marketing / Advertising or related field. MBA major in Marketing is a plus.
- At least 3 years experience in brand/product management of fast moving consumer products (FMCG) plus multinational environment
- Strong Marketing and brand management experience is an advantage
- Creative, results-oriented, and possesses strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English and computer literacy.
