Job scope:
Maintain customer satisfaction and coordinate and work closely with related departments in order to implement and efficient solution for customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any fields
- At least 2 years experience in monitoring & tracking service quality from Banking or other service business
- Good problem solving
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English both writing & speaking
