Responsibilities:

Function  :  Customer Advocacy Service Assurance

Job scope:

Maintain customer satisfaction and coordinate and work closely with related departments in order to implement and efficient solution for customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any fields
  • At least 2 years experience in monitoring & tracking service quality from Banking or other service business
  • Good problem solving
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English both writing & speaking
