Recovery Management, Senior Officer
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible recovery for charge-off accounts to achieve target.
• Manage, Monitor and Control Outsource Agency (OA) both Non Legal cases and Legal cases in order to accomplish the target cash inflow.
• Establish relationship with OA and business including training on product knowledge to OA staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 3 - 5 years experience of Collections OA Management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to solve problem and handle any difficult collections issues
