- Develop and facilitate the new hire sales training program
- Develop and facilitate WebEx training sessions
- Provide individualized sales training based on individual or sales team needs
- Perform training needs analyses and subsequently develop and facilitate targeted programs
- Determine the training concerns of peers and subordinates, and collaborate with them in developing a positive and effective "Skills" sales training program
- Tailor training programs to fit individual/departmental needs
- Track and monitor the progress of training program participants, and coach CSRs accordingly
- Evaluate the skillsets and knowledge of individual CSRs
- Track the effectiveness of our skills-based programs
- Remain up-to-date on the most current teaching techniques and technologies in order to provide superior training to team members
