In-house Development Specialist (HRE)
(Bangkok - Head Office Ratburana)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for human resource development functions including initiate and coordinate the establishment of learning organization.
• Create and promote new ways of learning including classroom and self-learning
• Actively promote all staff to develop and improve themselves with both in-house and outside learning as well as self-learning
• Coordinate with all concerned parties in develop course contents and learning media.
• Coordinate with all concerned parties regarding outside learning and bank’s scholarship

Requirements:

• Master degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Economics, Mass
• Communication, Education or related fields
• Strong experience in human resource development and/or learning organization at least 2 years
• Good understanding in banking structure and products
• Highly motivated, proactive, and always want to develop themselves
• Mature and good team player with strong management and leadership skills
• Good command of English
• High skills in computer and website
• Applicants should be Thai citizens or hold relevant residence status.
