Customer Service Officer
(Philippines - Makati City)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries completely and accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Inform customers about company products and services
  • Assist in writing marketing and translating script, FAQs, announcement and notices

Requirements:

  • Degree in any major
  • Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English and Thai to service customers in Thailand
  • Computer proficient
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Flexible in shift schedule
  • Preferably with at least 6 months customer service experience
