Job Description
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for managing all the modern trade key accounts of the business by developing and growing market share in Thailand across supermarkets, convenience and drugstore chains. Working in close partnership with these key chains, you will develop sales and trade promotion plans to maximize sales and brand exposure. You will lead and direct the negotiation of trading terms and new product launches with key account and further developing account specific promotions and trade marketing strategies. Monitoring competitor activity, you will work closely with the branding team to develop marketing programs to build and strengthen our client's brand names.
Requirements: The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will need to have at least 6 years of key account sales management experience within the FMCG industry. An independent and results driven individual, you will also have strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. Strong numeric and analytical skills, as well as fluency in English and Thai is a must for this position.
