Our client is a leading real estate development company producing quality townhouses, single-detached houses and condominiums. The projects of the company are located in all areas, Bangkok and the cities nearby to accommodate people’s need of housing.

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor construction project as planned according to engineering standard within project budget and customer needs.
Functional Role:-
Manage assigned projects:
- Involve in project planning as assigned, follow-up on projects progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage projects assigned to meet goals, standards, and costumers’ satisfaction.
- Monitor construction project according to engineering standard.
- Manage projects within the given budget.
Create brand image and costumers’ satisfaction:
- Act as the company’s management representative on site.
Support with Safety and Security Policies:
- Involve with Safety personnel in developing safety policies.
- Involve with organizing, meeting with safety officers as government required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- At least 13 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Minimum 3 year(s) experience in project control preferably from real estate.
- Good problem solving, time management and managing pressure.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
