Personal Assistant to CEO
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

 
  • To be a coordinator between CEO, Marketing staff, accountant and production staff.

  • Preparing and arranging needed documents for contacting with embassy, consul and law firm

  • Follow up work in progress of Marketing Department and coordinate to other departments in organization.

  • To assembles data from various sources in order to prepare reports and presentations.

  • Other job assignment from the CEO

Requirements:

  • Thai nationality only

  • Female, age not over 30 years old

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Arts, Marketing, International Marketing Management or related field.

  • 3-5 years experienced or new graduated are welcome.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English with computer literacy or other languages would be preferred

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. A well disciplined and energetic team player, with strong managerial skills

  • Enthusiastic with good analytical skills and pleasant personality

  • Opened-mind, self-motivated and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
