Export Sales (Cambodia)
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

 
  • Oversee sales target in Cambodia (Base on Phnom Penh) by regional and local sales teams.

  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.

  • Confer or consult with headquarter to plan advertising services and customer specifications.

  • Confer with potential Business Partner and advice them on sources or strategies distributing to customer.

  • Negotiate or approve contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, federal and state agencies, and other organizational entities.

  • Determine price schedules and discount rates.

  • Review reports submitted by sales staff to recommend approval or to suggest changes.

  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

Requirements:

  • Must summit a business plan of how to set up Business including sales & marketing overview in drink industry as proposal at least 5 Pages included vision and mission

  • Male or Female, age not over 40 years.

  • Able to stay /base in Cambodia.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, International Business Management, Logistics or related fields.

  • Excellent in both spoken and written English.

  • Good communication in Vietnamese and Chinese might be advantage.

  • At least 3-5 years experience in Sales, Export, Marketing and FMCG.

  • Strong leadership skill, good management and supervising skill.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with business sense and marketing strategy skills

  • Result-Oriented

  • Able to work under great pressure
