Sales Manager (Thailand)ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายตลาด (Bangkok) Responsibilities: 1. Planning and Controlling - provide written specific short term and long term strategies , objectives, action programs, schedules which budgets and coordinates with Sales Manager
2. Marketing & Strategies – direct, develop and implement marketing plans and manage periodic dynamic market that consist with corporate objective
•Strategies:
Develop both long and short-term strategies of 3 Categories (Beverage ,Cosmetic , Inhaler)
•Develop team work:
Maintain good working relationship and coordinate with Business Development Manager /Categories team and Sales team with a view to ensure a proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.
•Evaluation of Product In Sales:
Monitor sale performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.
•Cost of Goods and Pricing and Budgeting Analysis
•Promotion and IMC campaign:
Direct, develop, implement and evaluate of effective promotion and advertising programs for The Product in cooperation with IMC Agency. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and IMC expenditure.
•Market Research:
Maintain through surveys of reliable suppliers, quantitative and qualitative marketing information to help refine New product development and Marketing strategies.
•New Product Development :
Seek and develop new products by utilizing Market Research data and develop new product based on finding opportunity to address our customer needs. Work closely with Business development and Categories team to ensure that our products meet quality standard.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by Business Development Manager. Requirements: •Male/female, age between 27-40 years
•Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing / Business Administrative or related field.
•At least 3-5 years experienced and solid background in sales and marketing in Management level , preferable within FMGC product management.
•Have knowledge and experience in Product Development, Marketing research and Communication plan development will be essential.
•Team working, good presentation skill and leading personal skill.
•Positive thinking with “ Can do” mind and Pro Active.
•Good personality and good interpersonal relation
