Responsibilities:
To plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management Activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as Employee Compensation, Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Policies & Disciplinary Action, and Regulatory compliance to all departments and individual Band Members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Minimum three to five years human resources experience, specifically in the hotel business.Proven ability to work in team working style in complex, interdependent organization.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be the only person with specialist knowledge in the organization.
- Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met.
- Ability to think strategically and to ensure that HR issues are addressed in the strategy and operational plans.
- Good organisation skills
- Flexible – able to work strategically and at a hands on level
- Computer literate, especially, the Microsoft Office (words, excel and powerpoint).
