3) Give clear, concise directions, provide support and supervise your Band to ensure that directions are properly executed.
4) Seek responsibility and take responsibility for your actions and the actions of those reporting to you.
5) Establish a climate of motivation and enthusiasm in your department.
6) Get the right people in the right job.
7) Constantly seek to develop the expertise of those reporting to you.
8) Have a deep understanding of the hotel’s Vision and integrate this into your department’s daily activities.
9) Adjust to changes in job requirements and the hotel’s operational strategies to meet business needs.
10) Exercise moral judgment, imagination and courage in the practice of leadership

Requirements:
- Female or Male, age more than 30 years old
- Bachelor degree or higher in Housekeeping Management, Hotel Studies, Hospitality Management or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supervisory level of Housekeeping (Rooms, Laundry, Public Area, Gardening and Florist), experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel would be an advantage
- Good attention to details, coordination skills, organizing skills with the ability to set priorities for self and team
- Good English written and oral communication
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including relevant software to Housekeeping management
