Responsibilities:
1.To check-in/out Stars in accordance with established standards.
2.Exchange money for Stars in accordance with the hotel’s foreign exchange policy & procedure.
3.Provide/close safety deposit boxes to Stars.
4.Know and adhere to the following policies & procedures:
- Rebates
- Cash advance
- Travelers checks
- Credit Cards
- Paid out
- Refund
5.Know how to perform night audit procedures.

Requirements:
- Possess a Proven track record in the any kinds of Guest Service or related field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Words and PowerPoint Presentation.
- At least 1 year in a similar position either in four or five star hotel.
- Ability in leading, guiding , training, and motivating team members.
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
- Possess strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills – non negotiable.
