Responsibilities:
- Understand overall concierge service sequences.
- To be a first staff to provide a warm welcome for arriving stars upon their arrival at the hotel.
- As a last band member to provide a warm farewell to departure stars upon their departure from the hotel.
- Provide friendly ambiance at the lobby by knowing every day’s arrival list and meet all the hotel’s Stars at the lobby entrance.
- Ensure that updated information about hotel and surrounded area are available in concierge desk.
- Ensure requested airport transportation be arranged and ready for Guest (Coordinate with the Transportation company)
- Ensure that updated information about hotel and surrounded area are available in concierge desk.
- Far as possible coordinate VIP arrivals at airport and inform related department / persons of their arrival time.
- Able to conduct hotel / room inspection.
- Able to manage car parking service.
- Understand safety and security codes
- Ensure well maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby and the hotel main entrance
- Able to provide efficient luggage services - storage and room delivery, check out luggage etc
- Maintain equipment used in concierge section
- Able to operate the basic function of HIS System
- Know and be able to work with the Tessa System
- Handle parcel and mailing services.
- Understand basic knowledge of in-room internet
- Able to handle hotel outlet reservations (restaurant, cabana, spa etc) and outside reservations as requested by guest
- Understand well of hotel facilities and in-room facilities including the fire exit door.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age not over 30 years old.
- Graduated from Faculty of Hospitality Management or related field.
- Good personality and service minded
- Work in experience 6 months minimum
- Ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic service-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing & cheerful personality with self-confidence.
- Posses strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills
