Supply Chain Project Development Executive
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the formulation of project objectives and requirements including the preparation of project plans and schedules, tasks, work assignments, resources, inclusion of project milestones, review points, and reportingใ
• Coordinating the project staff during project performance and participates directly in project performance activities as required (simulations, process/ system design, scheduling, sequencing, resource dimensioning, etcใ
• Reviewing all work prior to any incorporation or change into live operations or input to another project task, activity or supply chain area.
• Providing technical guidance and assistance to project staffs, reporting to management on project progress, problems and needed changes.
• Recommending reviews, performance evaluations and training needs of individuals under project scope and the responsibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or similar discipline. MA/MS certificates in either finance, marketing or logistics fields is appreciated.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences, in which at least 2-3 years must have been in integrated supply chain management, operations, commercial logistics, or multifunctional logistics experiences.
• Proved hands-on contribution in project planning and technical coordination, as a senior operations analyst, or as a leader of a subtask of a major project, program or operational process.
• Familiarity with problem analysis including the solid use of standard software tools (MS Excel required). Any probed software programming skills is appreciated (MS Access, Visual Basic Macros, etc);
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with members across project teams and various disciplines and manage responsibility without formal authority.
• Good in verbal, written and oral communication skills including presentation.
• Knowledge on any FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry, small retail for food and beverage (traditional trade), top modern trade chains or logistics services providers is desirable.
