- Aged between 33-40 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Major in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years experiences in Engineering and Manufacturing work.
- 8 years in Supervisory or Managerial role.
- Good command of communication in English.
