Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 technical support operations and ensure smooth running of all IT production systems operations on a daily basis.
• Monitor system and network performance and recommend enhancements.
• Recommend system and network upgrades based on security and performance standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the implementation of new or updated versions of software systems to assure minimum impact on current applications.
• Participate and support regular DR (Disaster Recovery) exercise and ensure relevant DR documentations are updated regularly.
• Coordinate with staffs and vendors to restore service/operation in a timely and secured manner when there is a system outage or degradation in system performance and/or functionalities due to an incident and/or problem arising from the systems
• Manage vendors to ensure they are delivering services as specified in KPI (Key Performance Level) and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Manage, direct, coach and train team members in technical support activities for the system.

Requirements:

• Male Age 38-48 years old
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in IT or related fields
• Extensive knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques and capabilities of large-scale computer and multiple platform operations and equipment.
• Possess managerial skill and experience in UNIX and Windows platforms, Database administration, Web server, Web application and Network
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
