Assistant Productivity Management
(Bangkok)

 

Responsibilities:

  • As a technical specialist, serves the executive in the application of Total Quality Management concepts, principles, and processes for an assigned of responsibility
  • Act as TQM's direction control the business unit leader to perform their role to be consistent with TQM approach
  • Maintain effective role of leader, coach and advisor to business unit to optimize the use of resource and go through productivity improvement
  • Be able to identify and implement new approaches to TQM characteristics
  • Contribute new techniques and practices which are regarded as major improvement in the quality management
  • Can apply intensive knowledge and experience in TQM, Sixma, productivity improvement and cost reduction to your coaching methodology

Requirements:

  • Male / Female, Age 28-35 years old
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering
  • 5-10 years experience of experitise field in TQM, Sixma, TQM Consulting, Productivity Improvement and Cost reduction
  • Be systematic and strategic thinking
  • Proactive and result oriented
  • Use analytical thinking skills to solve problems
  • Personal credibility of effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to promote continuous improvement in relation to "best-in-class" standards
