Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Security Guard operation as assigned; ensure that all guards comply with the clients Security Policy and procedures.
• If specifically required by the client, able to communicate with the client’s personnel and visitors in English at an advanced level which requires language proficiency interview (LPI) of +1 for speaking and test of writing proficiency (TWP) of +1 for writing.
• Coordinate with client and Chubb as required/assigned.
• Review workforce requirements, roles and advise ways to improve the services.
• Review all standing reports and submit daily and incident reports to the client and Chubb.
• Conduct routine meetings with the client, supervisors and staff as planed.
• Appropriately review, advise and update all standing orders when needed.
• Conduct refresher training for all security Guards as planned/assigned.
• Ensure that Guards and related equipment are ready for emergency responses.
• Submit quarterly performance appraisals of all Security Guards to the client and Chubb.
• Complete all job related training assigned by the client and Chubb.
• Perform other related activities as assigned by the client and Chubb.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female – aged between 30-45, Thai nationality only.
• Higher Vocational certificate or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Red Cross’s First Aid certificate is preferable.
