Tele Sale Manager
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor telesales team (Credit and Insurance) to achieve the target
- Role heavily involves supervising and mentoring a telesales team
- Co-ordinate with systems and operation to develop platform
- Design telesales model incentive, monitoring, performance measurement and fulfillment process
- Recruitment and training of telesales team
- Deliver target volume of Consumer (Credit and Insurance)
- Develop and agree on process and criteria
- Train sales support team on product and campaign
- Implement campaigns

Requirements:

1. Age 30 years old up
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
3. At least 5 years of experience in sales management and control telesales team
4. Sound knowledge and experience of credit, leasing, Credit Card and Car Insurance
5. Having background in CRM Telecommunication is preferred
6. Good Knowledge in working cross functional team and good idea of marketing concept
