RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – Corporate (Bangkok) Responsibilities: Our Client:
Our client is a global leader in transactional and financial services for the corporate sector and with offices all over the world. Due to a string market position and steady growth, they are seeking and dynamic Relationship Manager to look after their large Thai corporate clients, as well as generate new customer sin this space.
Main Objectives & Purpose
Marketing/Revenue Objectives
- To meet revenue goals set for 2010
- To boost utilization and expand relationships with existing customers within the designated portfolio
- To build a strong relationship with the assigned core group in the portfolio
- To cross sell products of other business units
- To generate new business development for the existing portfolio
Risk Management Objectives
- To closely monitor the financial status of the Clients and ensure that no new provisions are added
- To recommend and implement timely exit/expand strategies
- To coordinate closely with the Credit Analyst team to ensure the quality of credit proposals with no negative comment from CRI
Administration of account portfolio under operational parameters of the Bank
- To promptly conduct annual reviews within the maturity dates
- To monitor and work closely with Client Services and CCR on completeness of the documentation of each case
Quality of work and development of Credit Analyst
- To work closely with Credit Analysts to meet annual review deadlines and to obtain approval for the new/interim requests on a timely basis
- To coach and provide guidance to junior analysts as appropriate
Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills :
- Strong knowledge of local corporate market
- Fundamental understanding of credit risk
- Understanding of bank products and services
- Interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements:
Qualification and Experience :
- Master Degree
- Excellent command of English
- 5-7 years in banking industry
- At least 3-5 years in Relationship Management role preferably in a foreign bank
