Our client is a leading global information services company, providing data and analytical tools to clients around the world. The company helps businesses to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision making. Experian also helps individuals to manage their credit relationships and protect against identity theft. Due to expanding opportunities in Asia they are seeking an experienced collections Consultant to drive sales and establish a presence in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

• To design business solutions to client’s problems in the debt management / collections arena, using IT products and services to match best practice.
• Define and design solutions for debt management based on core solutions.
• Be the solution design authority for the solution meeting the business and technical needs of the client by performing consultancy and business analysis against client requirements.
• Conduct consultancy projects to time and budget to ensure that the client make best use of the product, either directly or by giving technical direction to sales/account managers.
• Provide comprehensive consulting services utilising best-practice usage of the solution.
• Configuration of software to implement initial solution design and on-going consultancy support.
• Engage in a consultative way with the client, to identify problems and define, design and deliver solutions.
• Conduct business reviews to define customer requirements.
• Present proposals for complex solutions, including recommendations and benefits.
• Regularly presents to clients to ensure they understand the functionality and benefits of products in solving business problems.
• Promote new and creative ideas which satisfy clients, but maintain the discipline needed to ensure that solutions are implemented on time and to budget.
•  Displays a confident and professional manner at all times.
• Produces high quality deliverables for internal and external review.
