(Rayong) Responsibilities: หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ :-
- วางแผนงานในการผลิตทั้งหมด วางแผนและควบคุมงานในกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานบรรจุ ทั้งในและนอกโรงงาน, การเคลื่อนย้าย, งานจัดเก็บ, จัดส่งและอื่นๆ ในแผนกบรรจุทั้งหมดให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำ (Training Needs) และจัดบุคลากรเข้ารับในการฝึกอบรมตามแผนรายเดือนที่กำหนด
- กำหนดความต้องการในการฝึกอบรมขั้นต่ำเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับพนักงานทุกคนในฝ่าย
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบ, แก้ไข, ป้องกันปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมให้มีประสิทธิภาพแล้วบันทึกคุณภาพ
- กำหนดวิธีการแก้ไข, ป้องกัน, ระยะเวลาในการป้องกันโดยพิจารณาจากต้นเหตุของปัญหาเพื่อไม่ให้ปัญหาเกิดซ้ำขึ้นอีก
- พิจารณาจัดทำร่างเอกสารควบคุม, ขอปรับปรุง/แก้ไขเอกสารควบคุม, ขอยกเลิกเอกสารควบคุม
- ทำการกำหนดวิธีการบันทึกและวิธีการจัดเก็บข้อมูล, สถานที่จัดเก็บ, ระยะเวลาในการจัดเก็บและทำการเก็บเอกสารบันทึกข้อมูล
- แจ้งกำหนดการตรวจตามของ (Auditor) ของพนักงานในแผนกทราบเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อม
- ให้ความร่วมมือกับผู้ตรวจติดตาม (Auditor) ในการให้ข้อมูล
- เสนอวิธีการที่เหมาะสมในการแก้ไขและป้องกัน โดยเฉพาะกรณีที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของการตรวจประเมิน
- ทวนสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับแจ้งว่าไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ถ้าเป็นจริงให้บันทึกรายละเอียดลงในใบขออนุมัติ (DC-F-014) และยื่นอนุมัติการดำเนินการจากผู้มีอำนาจแล้วแต่กรณีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- แจ้งฝ่ายบุคคลเมื่อแบบกำหนดหน้าที่งาน (Job Description) ของพนักงานในฝ่าย/แผนกของตนเองมีการแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงในตำแหน่งหน้าที่ใดๆ ในแผนก และจะต้องเป็นผู้สื่อสารให้พนักงานในสังกัดของตนเองรับทราบถึงหน้าที่ของตำแหน่งงานนั้น
- ปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติการใช้เครื่องดับเพลิงชนิดก๊าซคาร์บอนไดอ๊อกไซด์ (ES-W-003)
- ปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติการใช้เครื่องดับเพลิงชนิดผงเคมีแห้ง (ES-W-004)
- รับการฝึกอบรมและทำการทดสอบ
- แสดงความคิดเห็นต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ดำเนินการตามระเบียบปฏิบัติการควบคุมสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (DC-P-004)
- รับทราบและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายด้านคุณภาพและนโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทฯ
- ทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ไม่ให้ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆ กับสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ช่วยกันประหยัดพลังงาน
- เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ทบทวน สร้างจิตสำนึกในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
- กำหนดความต้องการบุคลากรในฝ่ายที่รับผิดชอบทั้งหมด
Job Duties :-
- Plan and control entire production procedure
- Manage packing in both internal and external factory, evacuate, store, delivery and other tasks in packaging department as assignment.
- Provide Training Needs and also schedule monthly course training for staff as planned.
- Assign the most important and necessary training course about environment and safety to all staff in department.
- Inspect, improve and prevent environment problem efficiently with recording the progression of quality improvement.
- Provide solution, prevention and troubleshoot period for the process by judging from the root cause to prevent the repeat itself
- Responsible for providing mandatory, solution/improvement archive and mandatory archive cancellation.
- Creates the problem recording and data storing, storage area, storing period and implement the storing process.
- Inform Auditor attendance time to all staff in department for preparation.
- Concurring in auditing as Auditor request in information providing.
- Suggest the proper solution for improving and preventing especially on the incorrect issue found during audit.
- Re-examine the irregular products to make sure the result being as found in the report and record in the form (DC-F-014) and request for management approval.
- Report the change in Job Description in own staff to Human Resources Department and also inform it to staff for their clear understanding.
- Implement the proper usage of CO2 fire extinguisher equipment technically. (ES-W-003)
- Implement the proper usage of Dry Chemical Powder fire extinguisher equipment technically. (ES-W-004)
- Attend in training course and have an examination.
- Provide recommendation in Environmental Management
- Perform and control inappropriate function according to the regulation (DC-P-004)
- Implement the quality and environmental policy assigned by management.
- Beware and make sure all activities arranged is without any environmental effect.
- Participate in power safe campaign
- Attend in training course, review and remind of Environment
- Appoint in control staff’s needs
