(Rayong) Responsibilities: ผู้บังคับบัญชา :- กรรมการผู้จัดการ
ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา :- ผจก.ฝ่ายผลิต,หัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิต,หัวหน้าฝ่ายบรรจุ,หัวหน้าฝ่ายตัดยาง
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- กำหนดและพิจารณาอนุมัติขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน รวมทั้งเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ในการทำงานต่างๆ ของฝ่ายโรงงานยางรัด (ฝ่ายผลิต,ฝ่ายบรรจุ) ทุกกระบวนการ
- กำหนดและพิจารณาอนุมัติขั้นตอนการดำเนินการ และเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ทำงานของฝ่ายบรรจุทั้งหมด
- อนุมัติใบขอสั่งซื้อ(PR) และใบสั่งซ่อมของบริษัทฯ
- รับผิดชอบในส่วนของการอนุมัติแผน, หลักการและสั่งการดำเนินในด้านวิศวกรรมและการซ่อมบำรุงรักษา
- อนุมัติการทำลายสินค้าที่เสื่อมสภาพ
- อนุมัติการนำยางที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดไปใช้ในกระบวนการ
- อนุมัติในการขายเศษสิ่งที่เหลือใช้
- บริหารกระบวนการผลิต ยางรัด ยางท่อ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- พิจารณาทบทวน/อนุมัติการดำเนินการใดๆ เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของฝ่ายโรงงานยางรัด
- รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมดูแล การสอบเทียบ/ทวนสอบ เครื่องมือวัด ตลอดจนการอนุมัติตารางรายชื่อเครื่องมือวัดที่ต้องการสอบเทียบและแผนการสอบเทียบ/ทวนสอเครื่องมือวัด
- อนุมัติแบบกำหนดหน้าที่งาน (Job Description) ของ ผจก.ฝ่ายผลิตยางรัด,จนท.ฝ่ายผลิตและพนักงานฝ่ายยางรัดทุกตำแหน่ง
- สัมภาษณ์และทดสอบ ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าฝ่ายและพนักงานรายเดือน
- ปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติการการใช้เครื่องดับเพลิงชนิดก๊าชคาร์บอนไดอ๊อกไซด์ (ES-W-003)
- ปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติการการใช้เครื่องดับเพลิงชนิดผงเคมีแห้ง (ES-W-004)
- รับการฝึกอบรมและทำการทดสอบ
- แสดงความคิดเห็นต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ดำเนินการตามระเบียบปฏิบัติการควบคุมสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (DC-P-004)
- รับทราบและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทฯ
- ทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ไม่ให้ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆ กับสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ช่วยกันประหยัดพลังงาน
- เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ทบทวน สร้างจิตสำนึกในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ตรวจสอบความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นและสั่งการดำเนินการแก้ไขและปรับปรุง
- พิจารณาทบทวน ผลการดำเนินการของระบบคุณภาพและระบบสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัทฯ เพื่อก่อให้เกิดการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Job Duties :-
- Assign and approve the working process and all process of necessary equipment in rubber band factory (production, packaging)
- Assign and approve process of necessary equipment in packaging department.
- Approve Purchase Request (PR) and Repairing Request
- Responsible for plan approval, principle and lead the Engineering and Maintenance procedure
- Approve destroying infertile product
- Approve using unqualified rubber in the production.
- Approve selling abundant product and equipment.
- Manage Rubber Band and Pipes Rubber production efficiently
- Consider and make decision in the approval of any unqualified product issue.
- Manage equipment verification and also approval of equipment verify list
- Approve Job Description of Production Manager : Rubber Band, Production Officer and Rubber Band Staff.
- Interview and test monthly contracted supervisor and officer
- Implement the proper usage of CO2 fire extinguisher equipment technically. (ES-W-003)
- Implement the proper usage of Dry Chemical Powder fire extinguisher equipment technically. (ES-W-004)
- Attend in training course and have an examination.
- Provide recommendation in Environmental Management
- Control inappropriate function according to the regulation (DC-P-004)
- Implement the quality and environmental policy assigned by management.
- Beware and make sure all activities arranged will not affect the environment.
- Participate in power safe campaign
- Attend in training course, review and remind of Environment
- Monitor the irregularity occur and lead the solution and amendment process.
- Review and evaluate quality system and company’s environment for progressive improvement
