Customer Support Officer
(Bangkok)

Responsibilities:

The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for handling sales - and marketing - related administrative work, for handling order process and for handling customer calls in our call center.
 

Requirements:

  • Male or female, age between 22-28 years

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, Chemical background is an advantage

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of customer service or sale coordinator

  • Strong service mind, excellent communication skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and good computer skills
